With a distinguished career as an Audit Partner, Non-Executive Director, Director, and Business Growth Advisor, this professional brings extensive expertise in statutory audit and business consultancy. Enam’s career includes working as a Partner at Parker Russell (UK), an international accountancy and advisory firm headquartered in London, and also working as a Partner at Adhikari Khan Roy & Co (AKRC), a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Gulshan, Dhaka, Bangladesh. he qualified with Levy Cohen & Co Registered Auditors based in City of London, UK, where he served as an audit manager. His career also includes a tenure at Kazi Zahir Khan & Co as an Audit Partner and in Martin Heller, Chartered Accountants in London as partner designate prior to launching his own practice. He has managed audit assignments for companies listed on the London, US, and Israeli stock exchanges, and has played a key role in establishing UK subsidiaries for US multinationals within the IT software and services sector.

His client portfolio spans high-net-worth individuals to subsidiaries of global corporations, covering diverse industries such as private equity, manufacturing, IT software, trading, distribution, construction, and property investment. Holding a Master of Commerce in Management from the University of Dhaka, he previously worked for Bangladesh’s largest conglomerate, Bashundhara Group, advancing to chief accountant for a subsidiary.

Ayesha Khan FCCA

Associate

Ayesha is also a founder member of staff and is responsible for the company’s welfare and maintaining standards. She is highly trained on various bookkeeping and payroll software including Sage and Xero. She is vastly experienced in all sectors of general practice and has been involved in the steady growth of the Firm. She has had considerable success in representing clients at investigations from Customs and Excise.

Ayesha qualified in 2003 and has 15 years of practice, industry and banking experience. Been living in London for the last 30 years. She worked in Telecommunication industry where she was responsible for the company’s €140m EURO turnover sales ledger and credit control as well as contributing in monthly management accounts. Earlier she started her carrier as an assistant accountant with Barclays Bank, soon after decided to study professional accountancy qualification and changed her job to a small city practice.

She specialises in preparing sole trader and small company’s accounts and tax returns. She functions as a business advisor, helping clients clarify their strategic and business plans, then developing the systems to support their objectives. She brings a clear perspective to technical and business issues and is able to develop comprehensive and innovative solutions to the problems faced by our clients.

Zahid H. Khan BSc FCCA ICE (graduate)

Associate

Zahid qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2011 and joined our firm in December 2012. He has varied practice and management skills specific to SME market, corporate and personal tax planning, including individual tax investigations, VAT and corporate tax planning. Prior to this he has worked for several small practices in London.

Before involving in accountancy profession, he obtained a BSc in Civil Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Interactive Multimedia. Also, he is a graduate member of Institute of Civil Engineers, UK (ICE) and worked as a Civil Engineer for several years dealing with structural design and construction supervision. Since 2001 to 2011, he also worked as an academic at City Business College, London.

He has got up to date knowledge on Companies Act's, FRS's, employee share options schemes, pension funds, MTD and recent tax changes. His portfolio includes limited companies and high net worth individuals operating in various industries.
In his leisure time he watches football and cricket.

Susanna Hanks CTA

The Consultant

Susanna has worked with HMRC for more than 45 years as a VAT specialist and in the later years with policy formulating team as a senior advisor.

She is an experienced Tax Professional with Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification who has worked extensively with large corporate groups, leading enquiries on all the main taxes specialising in VAT. She ensured companies met their tax and Senior Accounting Officer obligations leading high level meetings to agree way forward where improvements were needed and providing assistance where needed. In her later years she acted as a Senior Policy Advisor in Indirect Tax Policy where she led on specific projects to devise and implement new legislation to resolve significant risks to the revenue.
She has successfully led projects, setting and working to achievable but stretching timescales to meet desired outcomes, working with internal and external customers to draw on as wide a field of expertise and knowledge as possible to ensure outcomes were fit for purpose.

Adnan Sajid MBA FCA

The Consultant

Adnan has more than 20 years experience in accounting, tax and project risk. In particular he manages property asset plays for risk, tax and delivery. He has worked with high growth companies including 3 floatation's on the London Stock Exchange (NCipher/NetBanx and Big Yellow Storage Co). He trained with Ernst & Young and worked as a manager for Deloittes in London and Cambridge.
