Enamul H Khan MCOM FCCA
Founder director whose vision was to set up a progressive firm of chartered certified accountants which will be dedicated to serve small businesses. He was keen on providing the best possible business consulting services to the clients at the least possible cost.

He qualified with a respected city firm of registered auditors where he worked as an audit manager until he started his own practice. Dealing with wide range of clients from sole traders to subsidiery of multinational companies in many different industries including manufacturing, IT software and services, trading & distribution, catering industries and professional service providers, Etc. Before entering into practice he gained his master of commerce (M COM) in mangement from the university of Dhaka and worked for the largest conglomarate (Bashundhara Group of Companies) in Bangladesh and was promoted to chief accountant for one of the subsidiry.

His unique blend of experience is readily transferable from one industry to another which placed him in a unique position to advise many different small businesses in the UK. He also has experience of dealing with offshore clients, providing tax planning advise and dealing with their UK tax affairs.

He has been involved in all aspects of the Firm's activities and oversaw the rapid growth of the Practice since its incorporation. He is responsible for guiding the Firm's business strategy and directing business development and operation.

Ayesha Khan ACCA
Ayesha is also a founder director and is responsible for the company's welfare and maintaining standards. She is highly trained on various bookkeeping and payroll software. She is vastly experienced in all sectors of general practice and has been involved in the steady growth of the Firm. She has had considerable success in representing clients at investigations from Customs and Excise.

Ayesha qualified in 2003 and has 5 years of practice, industry and banking experience. Been living in London for the last 22 years. She was in Telecommunication industry where she was responsible for the company's turnover sales ledger and credit control as well as contributing in monthly management accounts. Earlier she started her carrier as an assistant accountant with Barclays Bank, soon after decided to study professional accountancy qualification and changed her job to a small city practice.

She specialises in preparing sole trader and small company's accounts and tax returns.
She functions as a business advisor, helping clients clarify their strategic and business plans, then developing the systems to support their objectives. She brings a clear perspective to technical and business issues and is able to develop comprehensive and innovative solutions to the problems faced by our clients.
